"It took her a few moments to recognise the sensation; not space, but water. His mind was a dark, quiet ocean; she could feel currents swirling around her and the endless depths beneath her. There was sound, too, she realised slowly, a faint noise somewhere between the distant sounds of surf and the rhythm of human breathing. And sight had come back, too; there was as much light here as there would be under the sea at night, the absolute blackness becoming a very deep midnight blue."

There are no words to describe how much I adore this story.

Took some artistic liberties and put a certain shadow there.

It is a simple piece, but I am highly likely to put out more... whenever I get free time to.
