Wow... This one took a lot of my weekend, but I'm happy with how it turned out! It was great practice on the tablet, and I actually drew and fully colored the background separately.
The costumes were inspired from a manga costume artbook. I don't quite remember what the thing Sakura's holding is though. ._.; Something shrine priestesses use?  edit: "that thing Sakura is holding is used by Shinto priestess. It is called Haraigushi. They wave it around for purification and to ward off evil spirits. The other type is made of folded papers and is called Heihaku. these are offerings" Thanks *kitsune-no-kari! ^^ |
